Shayne Del Cohen, Chairwoman of SNCAT's Board of Directors, is a producer of "We the People," and has served as a tribal development consultant for forty years. Educated in Mexico, Kenya, India, and Malaysia, she holds a PhD in International Law. Civic memberships include the Nevada affiliate of the National Federation of Press Women and the State Historical Records Advisory Board.

Kenny Dalton, Vice Chairman

Kenny Dalton has served as a past president of Reno Sparks NAACP and is a producer of the "Reno Sparks NAACP Today" show. Dalton is president of Our Story Inc., a history project that showcases contributions African-Americans have made to northern Nevada. Additionally, he is a board member of the Lear Theater, a member of the Reno Black Firefighters and Reno Fire Union Local 731. He was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. Dalton attended and played football at Washington State University from 1978-1981 and has an associate's degree in fire science from TMCC.

Kelli Blincoe has been a part of SNCAT since 1999 and became a board member in 2004. Blincoe aims for SNCAT to become a leader in education for youth in film and TV production. She hopes SNCAT will someday create a film and TV institute that will give local youth pursing videography an option to stay in the community and continue their post secondary education. Michael Konieczka

Michael Konieczka, SNCAT’s newest member of the Board of Directors, started with SNCAT in 1993 as part of the original team. His passion for public access television brought him to Reno from Chicago. Konieczka’s goal is to help increase the community involvement and access to SNCAT and all of its media outlets. He has a business degree from the University of Nevada in Information Systems and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He is employed by Hill International as a IT Consultant working with NDOT on the I-580 Galena Bridge project.

Jane Fichtner

Jane Fichtner has been a resident of the Reno/Sparks area since 1978 and looks forward to bringing to SNCAT her many years of experience in business management and professional make-up artistry. She has worked for local and national advertisers, film and television production. She also has been the Manager, Aesthetician and Certified Laser Specialist for Dr. James S. Paschal's West Reno Dental and Facial Rejuvenation Center since 1996. Jane hopes to assist SNCAT in offering new programs to the public, particularly for youth interested in a career in broadcasting, television and film production.
